Abhishek Sen, Hindi and Bengali Translator and Video Editor (Chandannagar, India)

Abhishek Sen is a translator, video editor, and subtitle creator with seven years of experience. Although Abhishek was an instrumentation engineer, he always felt an inclination towards linguistics and chose it for his career. As a translator, he has worked with many small and large companies. He has translated books and performed localization of software and websites. Abhishek has created subtitles for many YouTube videos, many of which are quite popular. He has also created subtitles for movies, BBC documentaries and F1 races. Abhishek lives in the city of Chandannagar, a former French colony situated on the banks of the Ganges in West Bengal, India. The city is famous for the lighting carnival that takes place at the end of the Jagadhatri puja where various tableaux are decorated with lighting, carrying the idols of the Goddesses, in which villagers take part in a procession that continues throughout night until dawn. In his spare time, Abhishek enjoys singing and mimicking different voices.
