Craig Parsons has more than four decades of corporate communications, branding and investor relations experience, encompassing various corporate, financial, marketing, public affairs, and advertising responsibilities. His work for a diverse range of both public and private companies has included media and crisis communications strategies, product launches, branding programs, friendly and hostile mergers, shareholder and internal communications.

Prior to establishing his own consulting practice in 2002, providing senior level communications, crisis and media-related consulting for a diverse clientele, Parsons served as SVP of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. He was also a principal/partner for 18 years with one of the foremost corporate communications and investor relations firms in the country.
